Boss Bear, a 5x6 reel game

Five reels by six rows make 30 fixed positions, and Boss Bear pays on 50 fixed win lines. The theme draws on Japanese, Mafia, Monkeys and Panda imagery, with the Panda, known as the Boss, among the symbols. A win needs at least two matching symbols, counted consecutively from the leftmost reel. Wins on separate lines add together, so one spin can pay on several lines at once.

3 scatters start 7 free spins, 4 start 8 and 5 start 9. During the round, each scatter collected converts a low symbol into a reveal symbol, adds spins and lifts a persistent coin multiplier up to 10x. A Gamble Feature is offered after three or four scatters, and a Coin Feature starts when reveal tiles land on three or more consecutive reels.

Entry costs at the top bet

100, 300 or 600 times the bet buys one of three paid features; at the A$10 top bet that is A$1,000, A$3,000 or A$6,000.

Know what pays

From a quiet reel to a golden board

Winner Casino lays out each step in the order the game plays it, with no shortcuts.

  1. Pick your stake before spinning

A$0.10 is the lowest bet and A$100 the highest. The bet is set before the first spin, and every win is calculated from it.

  2. Matches from the leftmost reel

30 fixed positions on the 5x6 grid make up 50 win lines. A win pays for matching symbols in a row from the leftmost reel, and wins on separate lines add up.

  3. From reveal tile to golden tile

3 or more consecutive reels with reveal tiles turn golden and start the Coin Feature. Each golden reveal position then spins through instant prize, multiplier, collector and nudge symbols.

  4. Land three scatters to begin

Landing three or more scatters opens the Free Spins, and each scatter collected during the round turns a low symbol into a reveal symbol.

  5. Can anyone predict a session's end?

Set your stop point before the first spin, since no one can know in advance how many rounds a session will take or how it will end.

Boss Bear modes and how each one opens

At Winner Casino, each mode is described by its rules and nothing else.

Boss Bear golden reveal positions

The Coin Feature starts when reveal tiles land on three or more consecutive reels and turn into golden reveal tiles. Every golden reveal position then spins through instant-prize, multiplier, collector and nudge symbols.

Boss Bear scatters open the round

Three or more scatters start the Free Spins: 7 spins for 3 scatters, 8 for 4 and 9 for 5. Each scatter collected during the round turns a low symbol into a reveal symbol, adds extra spins and raises a persistent coin multiplier up to 10x.

Your ladder with blank rungs

After three or four scatters land, the Gamble Feature offers a vertical ladder. Blank rungs alternate with free-spins-prize rungs. Collect the banked prize, or push one rung higher for a bigger award and risk everything on a blank rung.

A higher chance of features

Push Bet is an optional toggle. It raises the total bet by 20% to increase the chance of triggering a feature. Wins are still evaluated against the base bet, not the raised Push Bet amount.

How often will the bonus round come?

Boss Bear has 30 fixed positions and 50 fixed win lines. How often the bonus round comes is not known in advance. The result of one session is random, whatever the RTP version of the game, so a higher RTP only changes the long-run average.

Six RTP versions of Boss Bear exist, and Winner Casino runs one of them at a time. The version in use is shown only in the game rules, and the table below lists what each one returns.

x25,000 the bet is the ceiling of Boss Bear, and at the A$100 highest bet allowed here that ceiling is A$2,500,000. A win at that level is reached very rarely, so treat it as a limit, not an expectation.

Before the first bet

What you learn before your first Boss Bear spin

Most players want to know what a feature costs before they trigger it, so each price is listed here.

What is the minimum and maximum bet on Boss Bear?

A$0.10 to A$100 is the full bet range of Boss Bear per spin. The example bets on this page are A$5 and A$10, and the paytable uses A$5. With Push Bet on, the total stake rises by 20%, but wins are still measured against the base bet.

Can I try Boss Bear before betting real money?

30 fixed positions and 50 fixed win lines make up the layout of Boss Bear. Every mode, from the Base Game to the Gamble Feature, is described on this page, so the rules are clear before your first spin.

How volatile is Boss Bear and how often do wins come?

2 matching symbols is the fewest that pay in Boss Bear, yet the volatility is high. Wins can be scarce and uneven, and how often a feature comes is not known in advance.

Can I buy the bonus in Boss Bear and what does it cost?

300x the base bet buys the Full Screen Golden Reveal Feature, which starts the Coin Feature directly. At A$10 that is A$3,000, and Random Free Spins cost 100x the bet, or A$1,000. The price is always a multiple of the bet, so an A$5 stake halves the A$10 prices.

How do I trigger the free spins in Boss Bear?

3 scatters start 7 free spins, 4 start 8, and 5 start 9. Each scatter collected during the round turns a low symbol into a reveal symbol, adds extra spins and raises the coin multiplier, up to 10x.

What is the maximum win on Boss Bear in Australia?

x25,000 the bet is the top prize, or A$250,000 at the A$10 example bet and A$2,500,000 at the A$100 maximum. No player can know in advance whether a session reaches it.
